Multichannel Public Warning Platform Information System with Warranty Maintenance

Summary

The Lithuanian Fire and Rescue Department is procuring a complete multichannel public warning information system to centrally prepare, approve, send and monitor alerts to residents. The single, undivided contract covers the software and licences, implementation, configuration, integrations, testing, commissioning, training, technical documentation and 36 months of warranty maintenance. The system is to support Cell Broadcast/EU-Alert, SMS, sirens, television and radio, the LT72 mobile application, a public website, Facebook and X, external data interfaces, readiness for the Galileo messaging system, and early-warning and decision-support functions.
