New social housing at Nordholmen – Area 3, turnkey contract

Summary

AAB Vejle is procuring the turnkey design and construction of 67 social family homes in the Nordholmen development area of Vejle, together with shared facilities and four commercial units. The homes will comprise 5 one-room, 18 two-room, 25 three-room and 19 four-room apartments. The development will cover approximately 4,800 m², including a shared room, communal laundry and 131 m² of commercial space. The contract is not divided into lots.
