Electric Cars for Hedensted Municipality

Summary

The tender is for the purchase and delivery of electric cars to Hedensted Municipality. Approximately 75 cars are expected in August or September 2027 and a further 23 in November or December 2027; around 40–50 additional cars may be replaced or purchased during the contract. The estimated total quantity is 148 vehicles, and the contract period is four years. Tenders will be evaluated on total cost (50%), ergonomics and comfort (25%), operation and ease of use (15%), and safety (10%). The total-cost assessment covers five years of use, 30,000 km per vehicle per year and an electricity price of DKK 1.71 per kWh excluding VAT. Bidders must submit an ESPD and the required supporting evidence. Companies with Russian ties are ineligible for award, and a signed declaration concerning this restriction must accompany the tender.
