Community House in Værebro Park

Summary

Gladsaxe Municipality and its partners are procuring client-side advisory services throughout the project to develop a community house in Værebro Park. The planned building will serve residents and the wider Bagsværd area as a meeting place, with facilities including a library, workshops, meeting and function rooms, a laundry and a café. The advisory assignment covers user and stakeholder engagement, preparation of the design-and-build procurement, the building project and construction phase, and commissioning through the one-year inspection. The estimated contract value is DKK 1,700,000 and the planned duration is three years. Applicants must provide up to six relevant references covering the required areas; at least one must concern a comparable building, such as a library or community house. References must be no more than 10 years old and explain the applicant’s role and services. Suitable applicants will be ranked by reference relevance, and up to five will be invited to submit an initial tender and negotiate. The evaluation weights are 40% for the process description, 35% for the organisation and 25% for price.
