Manufacturer support for the Deverto NTG TSS system

Summary

Pro-M is procuring continuous software and operational support for its Deverto NTG TSS system through 30 September 2027. The service includes handling and repairing critical software, configuration and database faults; software updates and upgrades; technical advice, review meetings, database audits, configuration analysis, development-request handling and documentation updates. An optional hourly service may cover on-site fault repairs and other work outside the fixed-fee service, up to a maximum of 40 hours.
