Turnkey contract for the construction of housing at Bispevangen

Summary

Vores Bolig is procuring a single turnkey contract for the design and construction of a new housing development at Bispevangen 2 in Ballerup. The development will comprise 46 homes—38 family homes and 8 specially affordable homes, including a separate building for vulnerable residents—plus a residents’ community house, covering approximately 4,000 m². The works also include roads, parking, shared outdoor areas and associated infrastructure. The target budget is DKK 102,960,000 including VAT and contribution margin.
