Framework agreement for legal advice on state company projects

Summary

The Danish Ministry of Finance is procuring a four-year framework agreement for legal advice on state company projects, covering areas including company law, mergers and acquisitions, transactions, financing, competition law, capital markets, contracts, insolvency, state aid, taxation and disputes. The framework agreement will be awarded to up to three providers, with specific assignments placed through mini-competitions; its estimated total value is DKK 150 million and its maximum value is DKK 300 million.
