Reconstruction works for administrative buildings at Žirmūnų Street 151, Vilnius

Summary

The Bank of Lithuania is procuring reconstruction works at its Žirmūnų Street 151 site in Vilnius. The works cover a new administrative building of approximately 6,000 m², reconstruction of an existing administrative building of approximately 7,000 m², a semi-enclosed car park of approximately 2,000 m², and reconstruction of a cash-handling facility. The project is to be delivered in three stages, with a maximum overall completion period of 36 months; it is not divided into separate procurement lots.
