Training services for Lithuanian language and literature state examination assessors

Summary

This procurement concerns the preparation and delivery of training for assessors of candidates’ work in Parts I and II of the Lithuanian language and literature state examination. It is divided into two separately evaluated lots. Lot 1 covers updating and preparing a 16-academic-hour training programme, learning materials and a methodological supplement for teachers, together with lecturer services. Lot 2 covers organising and technically supporting remote training based on that programme. The plan is for approximately 85 participants in five groups, with remote sessions scheduled for March to May 2027. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots, and a separate contract will be awarded for each lot. The budget ceilings are EUR 26,960 for Lot 1 (excluding VAT) and EUR 6,582.40 for Lot 2. Services are generally to be completed within ten months after the contract takes effect. Offers are evaluated on price and quality. The bidder must propose the required specialists and prove their relevant experience: for Lot 1, experience preparing training programmes or methodological materials for teachers and/or delivering assessment training in the subject; for Lot 2, experience organising or technically coordinating an event that used a virtual learning environment. The offer must be submitted electronically in Lithuanian and include the specialist list, experience evidence, the European Single Procurement Document and required declarations. No tender guarantee is required, and the offer must remain valid for at least three months from the submission deadline.
