Refrigeration Systems – Framework and Operating Agreements
Summary
The Stockholm Property Office is procuring framework and operating agreements for refrigeration systems in four areas: A1, A2, B1 and B2. The scope includes alterations and new installations, as well as supervision, operation and corrective and planned maintenance. Areas A1 and A2 cover systems using natural refrigerants; B1 and B2 cover systems not using natural refrigerants. The agreements are planned to run from 16 January 2027 to 15 January 2031.
