Maintenance of parks and green spaces

Summary

The Municipality of Budapest District II is procuring, under a single-lot framework agreement, maintenance of parks and green spaces across the district. The scope covers approximately 529,960 m² of green areas, including lawns, flower beds, shrubs and trees, as well as park equipment, 3 fountains, 45 drinking fountains and 26 irrigation systems. It also includes transporting materials and green waste, surveying and maintaining green-space and tree inventories, and related operational work. The framework is planned for 24 months, with a possible one-time extension of up to 24 months, and an estimated value of HUF 4.5 billion.
