Maintenance of green areas and gardens at centres affiliated with the Agency

Summary

The Asturian Agency for Science, Business Competitiveness and Innovation is procuring gardening and green-area maintenance at its institutional site and building in the Asturias Technology Park in Llanera, and at the green areas of Agency-affiliated buildings in the Gijón Technology Park. The work includes mowing and lawn care, watering, pruning trees and shrubs, indoor plant care, plant protection treatments and management of green waste. The initial contract term is 24 months, with 20 service hours per week in Llanera and 8 hours per month in Gijón; it may be extended twice for 12 months each. The contract is not divided into lots and has a budget of EUR 83,959.37 including VAT.
