Green Gateway Advisory Programme II

Summary

The European Investment Bank is procuring the continuation of the Green Gateway programme’s advisory support for its beneficiaries. The services cover an eligibility-checking web tool, a helpdesk, webinars and market-awareness activities, e-learning, and tailored bilateral support; additional advisory products may also be developed. The contract is planned to run from 11 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with an estimated value of EUR 6 million and a possible extension of up to EUR 6 million, subject to funding and satisfactory performance.
