Modernisation of the network infrastructure of the Hesperange Municipal Administration

Summary

The tender concerns modernisation of the network infrastructure at the Hesperange municipal administration’s three main sites. The work includes supplying, installing, configuring and commissioning new network equipment; implementing a redundant network architecture between the sites; and providing migration, maintenance, monitoring and operational support. The initial works must be completed within a maximum of 16 weeks from the kick-off meeting. This is a restricted procedure: requests to participate must be submitted electronically through Luxembourg’s Public Procurement Portal by 28 October 2026 at 10:00. Candidates selected in the first stage will be invited to submit technical and financial offers and must attend a mandatory visit to all three sites before submitting them.
