Redevelopment of the Zsóry Thermal and Outdoor Swimming Complex

Summary

The Municipality of Mezőkövesd is procuring the redevelopment of the Zsóry thermal and outdoor swimming complex in a single lot. The works include demolishing the existing pool complex and constructing seven new pools, water-play features, related pool-engineering and service facilities, and a Matyó-themed buffet building, together with landscaping, accessibility works and building services. Optional works cover refurbishment of equipment for an existing outdoor leisure pool and additional water attractions. The construction period is 14 months from handover of the site.
