Construction site management and supervision services for Craiova Municipality investments – 3 lots

Summary

Craiova Municipality is procuring construction site management and supervision services under three 48-month framework agreement lots. Lot 1 covers civil construction works other than historic monuments; Lot 2 covers road infrastructure works other than historic monuments; and Lot 3 covers works on historic monuments, including rehabilitation, strengthening, conservation, restoration and extension. The estimated framework values, excluding VAT and including possible increases of up to 50%, range from RON 6,528,000 to 65,088,000 for Lot 1, RON 2,320,000 to 23,904,000 for Lot 2, and RON 2,496,000 to 60,480,000 for Lot 3.
