Cadastral services – Lots 1 and 2

Summary

METROREX S.A. is procuring cadastral services in Bucharest in two lots, with a total estimated value of RON 1,100,000 and a planned duration of 270 days per lot. Lot 1 covers updating cadastral records and preparing surveys for metro stations, tunnels and connecting galleries on Lines 1, 3 and 4, as well as first-time registration of specified station structures. Lot 2 covers updating, rectifying and first-time registering cadastral records and surveys for land and buildings at Ciurel and Berceni depots, Berceni metro station and Metrorex-concessioned sites overlapping municipal land.
