Investment-project compliance assessment and construction supervision for Varna city projects

Summary

The Municipality of Varna is procuring services in four lots: investment-project compliance assessments, construction supervision, final reports and technical passports. The lots cover an archaeological site in a park, the Varna Summer Theatre, an area between streets in the city’s waterfront zone, and the major renovation of Kindergarten No. 18, including energy-efficiency and accessibility measures. The compliance assessment report is due within 14 days of receiving the necessary input data; supervision continues until the works are commissioned, and the technical passport is due no later than 20 days before commissioning. Contracts are planned to run until 17 November 2028.
