Final Safety Analysis Report Update and Periodic Safety Review

Summary

MVM Paks Nuclear Power Plant is procuring engineering and scientific support to update its Final Safety Analysis Report annually from 2027 to 2031 and to carry out the periodic safety review due in 2027, including preparation of the resulting periodic safety report. The single-lot framework agreement covers an estimated 450 engineer-days for recurring core tasks and 2,200 engineer-days for individual tasks, with a value of HUF 774,700,000 excluding VAT; 70% of the framework amount is committed. The planned term is 60 months, with a possible 12-month extension.
