Installation of a passive MSPSR system

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of a passive MSPSR system consisting of four receiving stations, to improve aircraft detection in the Budapest terminal area and the entire Budapest flight information region. The system must detect aircraft without transmitting its own signals, using analogue FM and DVB-T2 broadcast sources. The contract lasts 42 months and also includes support services: a fixed fee must be offered for the first year, while the contracting authority may order up to 120 hours of optional support services in the second year. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio, taking account of the system and support-service prices, additional warranty, detection range, and DAB reception capability in the DVB-T receiver. The participation request must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 22 October 2026; it may be submitted in Hungarian or English. A tender cannot be submitted during the participation stage. No bid guarantee is required.
