Design and remaining construction works for the renovation of the Sălaj Tribunal and Zalău Courthouse

The National Investment Company of Romania is procuring the remaining design, construction and design-supervision services for the capital repair, modernization, thermal rehabilitation and extension of the Sălaj Tribunal and Zalău Courthouse at 10 Tudor Vladimirescu Street, Zalău. The estimated contract value is RON 39,828,341.65 excluding VAT. The single contract covers 2 months of design, 24 months of construction and a 60-month works warranty, for a total duration of 86 months.
