Additional works to strengthen and rehabilitate Building C1 at Iași Clinical Hospital for Pulmonary Diseases

Summary

Iași County Council is procuring additional construction works for the strengthening and rehabilitation of Building C1 at the Iași Clinical Hospital for Pulmonary Diseases, at 30 Dr. I. Cihac Street. The single-lot contract covers basement structural works, including piles and carbon-fibre reinforcement, an evacuation staircase, building-envelope and interior and exterior works, heating, ventilation and electrical installations, low-voltage and hospital communication systems, seismic monitoring equipment and other listed equipment. The estimated value is RON 8,270,000 excluding VAT, and the works must be completed within a maximum of 21 months.
