Ängelholm Municipality is procuring construction works for its property portfolio under a framework agreement with up to five contractors, with an estimated total value of SEK 84 million. Call-offs will cover servicing, remedial and planned maintenance, and renovation, refurbishment and extension projects, mainly in buildings that remain in use. Depending on each call-off, related works may include demolition, drying, plumbing, ventilation, electrical work, painting, flooring and groundworks. The procurement comprises one lot.
