Summary

The procurement concerns a HR/payroll system in the form of a SaaS solution. After market analysis (supplier demonstrations, RFIs and external references) it will be conducted as two parallel procurements with different contract durations. This procurement covers Talent Management parts: Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Competence, Education and Learning, and Coaching Support. The contracting authorities are Växjö Municipality, its affiliated companies and associations, as well as Ljungby Municipality. A separate procurement is conducted for the HR/payroll system components: Recruitment process, staffing and scheduling, Payroll and pensions including time reporting, Payroll review and Rehabilitation (option). The contracting authorities are Alvesta, Högsby, Lessebo, Ljungby, Markaryd, Tingsryd, Uppvidinge, Växjö and Älmhult municipalities and related companies and associations. The estimated total contract value is SEK 10,000,000.
