Renovation of the Glaverbel Business Hall in La Louvière

Summary

Intercommunale IDEA is procuring the renovation and conversion of the former Glaverbel relay hall in La Louvière into modular business and logistics premises. The works include renovating the façades and roof, adapting drainage and technical systems, installing photovoltaic panels, creating office and sanitary facilities, and improving parking, landscaping and site security.
