Collection and processing of used textiles for Verko

Summary

Verko is procuring used textile collection and processing services under a single-lot framework agreement. The work includes placing street collection containers in municipalities within Verko’s service area and at recycling parks, collecting and processing the textiles, and collecting and processing unsold used textiles from Verko’s second-hand shops. The service also includes monitoring illegal textile collection. The estimated annual volume is approximately 1,300 tonnes, with a maximum of 6,500 tonnes over the full possible term of the framework agreement; no minimum volume is guaranteed.
