Framework agreement for individual bicycle leasing for employees

Summary

The City of Beringen is seeking a four-year framework agreement, running from 2027 to 2030, for individual bicycle leasing for employees of the city, its social welfare centre, two municipal primary schools and the municipal academy. Up to 607 employees may participate, with actual quantities depending on individual choices. The service includes bicycle leasing and all-in support covering maintenance, insurance, repairs and operational management; employees may choose a bicycle type and a 36- or 48-month lease, with an option to purchase the bicycle at an agreed residual value at the end of the lease. The framework has a maximum value of EUR 1,668,823.56.
