Restoration of the Plateau–Rozier complex: exterior phase 6.3 and interior phase A

Summary

Ghent University is procuring restoration works for the protected Institute of Sciences building in the Plateau–Rozier complex in Ghent. The single contract covers exterior works in phase 6.3—including demolition of extensions, façade and roof restoration, joinery and courtyard landscaping—and interior restoration in phase A, including architectural, structural and building-services works. The library will remain in use during the works.
