Periodic inspection of fire-safety equipment in Tuinwijk BV buildings

Summary

Tuinwijk BV is procuring a framework agreement for the periodic inspection and maintenance of fire-safety equipment in the common areas of its buildings in Lokeren, Waasmunster and Moerbeke. The services cover fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, smoke vents, fire detection control panels and smoke detectors. All listed equipment is to be inspected annually; the contract also covers repairs or replacement of parts included in the pricing schedule, reporting defects whose replacement is excluded, and issuing inspection reports.
