Food Procurement 2026

Summary

Sopron’s municipality and participating local institutions are procuring food ingredients in 15 lots for a 12-month period: frozen products; fats and oils; canned goods; fruit juices and mineral water; cereals, sugar and dried pulses; pasta; confectionery ingredients; spices and seasonings; convenience products; sweet products; fresh meat; poultry; meat products; milk and dairy products; and bread and bakery products. The contracts may be extended by up to six months if the allocated amount has not been exhausted, and each lot includes an optional increase of up to 15%; the buyer undertakes to call off at least 85% of each lot’s allocated amount.
