Summary
Umeå Energi AB is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for procurement support for its group. The services will mainly comprise procurement consultants, with related public procurement support also possible, for specific projects or longer-term additional capacity for the purchasing department. The estimated value is SEK 6 million; the initial period runs from 1 December 2026 to 1 November 2030, with an option to extend by one year.
