Guarda Livros 2026 Book Fair – Design and Organisation

Summary

The Municipality of Guarda is procuring the complete design, programme development, organisation, coordination, communications and production of the fourth Guarda Livros book fair. The fair will take place at the Guarda Municipal Theatre from 9 to 15 November 2026, with installation on 7 November and dismantling on 16 November. The programme must include at least opening and closing ceremonies, three sessions with recognised national writers, two sessions with regional authors, five school sessions, two family activities, two multidisciplinary initiatives, and a themed day dedicated to Eduardo Lourenço. The book exhibition and sales will run throughout the event, with 3–5 booksellers participating; the contract ceiling is EUR 25,000 excluding VAT.
