Summary

The framework agreement will provide the contracting authority with access to a broad and integrated capacity for qualified strategic advisory, analysis, investigation and process support, as well as various communication services. The framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier who will be responsible for the overall delivery and coordination of resources and any sub-contractors required for each call-off.
