Maintenance and renewal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ network infrastructure

Summary

Information Services AD is procuring maintenance and renewal of the network infrastructure used by Bulgaria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in one lot, with an estimated value of EUR 623,980. The scope includes renewed support for existing network equipment and related software, as well as new routers, switches and a centralised user-authentication solution. Support is to be arranged within 15 working days and the new equipment delivered within 90 working days after notice that funding is available; hardware and software support is provided at the equipment locations and remotely, respectively.
