Supply of spare parts and maintenance, diagnostics and repairs for vehicles and specialist equipment

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of spare parts and consumables, together with maintenance, diagnostics and repairs for vehicles, buses, specialist equipment and construction machinery. It is divided into four lots: (1) passenger and light commercial vehicles and buses up to 3.5 tonnes; (2) trucks and buses over 3.5 tonnes; (3) specialist equipment and construction machinery; and (4) Russian- and Soviet-made vehicles. The work includes routine servicing, fault diagnosis and repair, delivery of spare parts and consumables, and, where needed, other repair and tyre services. Deliveries are made to the contracting authority’s sites on request. The contract runs for 24 months and may, subject to the stated conditions, be extended by up to 12 months or until its maximum value is reached. The estimated total value is EUR 249,950. Bids must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026. The award is based on the lowest price, calculated using the price components set out in the tender documents. No bid security is required; the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value.
