Design and reconstruction works for the Sălaj Tribunal and Zalău Courthouse

Romania’s National Investment Company (CNI) is procuring, as a single lot, design services, construction works and technical assistance by the designer for major repairs, modernisation, thermal rehabilitation and extension of the Sălaj Tribunal and Zalău Courthouse at 10 Tudor Vladimirescu Street, Zalău. The contract includes completion of the outstanding works and has an estimated value of RON 39,828,341.65 excluding VAT. The contract period is 86 months: 2 months for design, 24 months for construction and a 60-month works warranty period.
