Expansion and modernisation of green spaces and construction of cycle paths in central Siret

Summary

The procurement covers works to expand and modernise green spaces in central Siret and build cycle paths. The works also include pedestrian areas and a car park, site set-up, electricity and gas connections, a retaining wall, fencing, demolition, architectural works and exterior lighting. The works must be completed within 12 months; the contract also includes a 36-month warranty period. The tenderer must demonstrate appropriate registration and relevant experience from works completed in the preceding five years: park or green-space development or modernisation, together with pavement or cycle-path works, worth at least the same amount and covered by no more than two contracts. The technical tender must describe the work methods, quality management, materials and equipment, and include a detailed waste-management plan. At least 70% of non-hazardous construction waste by weight must be prepared for reuse, recycled or otherwise materially recovered. Evaluation assigns 70% to price, 20% to the works warranty period and 10% to waste management; tenders offering a warranty shorter than 36 months will be rejected.
