Supply of tubular sodium-vapour lamps

Summary

The contract covers the supply of tubular sodium-vapour lamps for the maintenance and development of Bucharest’s public lighting system. It is a 24-month framework agreement with a maximum value of RON 1,034,000, awarded to one supplier. The lamps must meet the technical requirements in the tender documents. Price accounts for 80% of the evaluation and product warranty for 20; the warranty must be at least 24 months and no more than 36 months. Bidders must submit a completed European Single Procurement Document and demonstrate registration, the required turnover, quality and environmental management, and experience supplying similar products. The bid and its accompanying documents must be signed with a qualified electronic signature.
