Remote identity verification services for mobile number confirmation

Summary

Greece’s Ministry of Digital Governance is procuring three years of remote identity verification services to confirm individuals’ mobile numbers in the National Communication Register and enable their use as a second authentication factor for public digital services. The contract covers maintenance and support, 72,000 videoconference-based identification sessions and 54,000 automated video-call identification sessions. The procurement consists of one lot and has an estimated value of EUR 454,500 excluding VAT.
