Extension of technical support for RIS SED Monarch

Summary

The Slovak electricity transmission system operator is procuring six months of technical support for the RIS SED Monarch control system (HDC, ZDC and DTS), starting no earlier than 1 January 2027 and ending on 30 June 2027. The service includes system development and support, preventive checks, on-demand software updates and repairs, customer support, the manufacturer’s support service, and support for system-specific modules and additional equipment. The procurement is not divided into lots.
