Framework agreement for transaction and strategic advisory services

Summary

The Czech National Bank is procuring transaction and strategic advisory services to support the resolution of financial-market crises. The advice includes, among other matters, assessing options for transferring activities to a private acquirer, a bridge institution or an asset-management entity, and supporting the assessment of a business reorganisation plan. The single-lot framework agreement will run for up to four years or until its ceiling of CZK 250,000,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first, and may include up to ten service providers.
