Design and designer’s supervision for the reconstruction of the LUNA building

Summary

The tender is for design services for the reconstruction of the LUNA building, which is used as a home for older people in Havířov. The work includes preparing project documentation for a change to the construction permit, preparing construction-stage documentation, and providing the designer’s supervision during construction. The renovation will modernise the building and increase its capacity from 185 to 217 residents. The documentation for the permit change must be delivered within 210 calendar days of the contract taking effect. Construction-stage documentation is due within 60 calendar days after the permit change becomes legally effective. Designer’s supervision is to be provided when requested until occupancy approval is issued. Bids must be submitted electronically by 8:00 a.m. on 14 October 2026. A tender guarantee of CZK 100,000 is required, and bids must remain valid for 120 days. Bids will be evaluated on price (70%) and the previous project experience of the lead designer and deputy (30%).
