Land readjustment project in Mělčany u Ivančic

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of a design for complex land readjustments in the Mělčany u Ivančic cadastral area, including necessary geodetic works at the accuracy class required for cadastral reform, based on owners’ requests under Act No. 139/2002 Sb. on land readjustments and land offices, with the aim of spatially and functionally arranging ownership rights and related easements, ensuring rational land use and increasing ecological stability. The results will support the updating of cadastral records and provide a basis for territorial planning.
