Icebreaking and towing service

Summary

Örnsköldsviks Hamn och Logistik AB is procuring icebreaking and towing services in its ports and navigable waters, including the ports of Framnäs, Domsjö, Hörneborg, Alfredshem and Järved, Hörneborg Energy Port and the waterway towards Malmöfjärden. Köpmanholmen Port is also included, with Stadskajen potentially added when needed. The service covers readiness as well as icebreaking and towing operations, with an estimated volume of about 350 hours per year; this volume is not guaranteed. The contract period is planned for 2027–2035, and possible additional services include dredging, assistance with snow removal and marine works.
