Transport services for detained heavy goods vehicles

Summary

The Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania is procuring transport for detained heavy goods vehicles with a permitted gross mass exceeding 5,000 kg, from detention locations anywhere in Lithuania to customs-designated unloading, examination or storage locations. The service includes, as needed, driving vehicles under their own power, towing trucks or trailers, and parking at storage locations; the procurement is not divided into lots. The estimated annual volume is 115 vehicles and 23,500 km, each with a ±15% tolerance; parking is required for up to 5% of vehicles and towing for 3–5%. The contract ceiling is EUR 161,157.02 excluding VAT (EUR 195,000 including VAT), and the contract may run for up to 36 months from 28 April 2027.
