Electric car
Summary
The procurement is for the supply of one new M1-class electric car to Lithuania’s National Land Service. The vehicle must be delivered to Vilnius by 10 December 2026. Under the technical specification, the vehicle must have a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 60 months or 100,000 km and the high-voltage battery a warranty of at least 96 months or 150,000 km, whichever limit is reached first. The car must have all-wheel drive, automatic transmission and five seats, and achieve a WLTP range of at least 450 km; further technical, safety and equipment requirements are set out in the tender documents. The procurement has a maximum budget of EUR 41,322 excluding VAT, or EUR 49,999.62 including VAT, and price is the only award criterion. There are no separate bidder selection requirements. The offer must include the completed technical specification, an ESPD and a declaration on the origin of the vehicle’s multimedia, navigation and camera equipment and components; where applicable, it must also include signing authorisation, a joint-activity agreement and evidence that other entities’ resources will be available. The offer must be submitted electronically through the Lithuanian procurement platform and cover the entire quantity. Alternative offers are not permitted. The technical specification and contract conditions use different wording for the vehicle warranty, so bidders should check the official documents for clarification.
