Organic soft drinks

Summary

The procurement is for 11,500 assorted organic soft drinks in 0.33-litre cans for Kauno Clinics. There are no lots, and the offer must cover the entire required range: raspberry, blackcurrant, orange, lime, passion fruit and pineapple flavours. The drinks must be certified under EU organic production requirements, contain at least 6.8% juice from concentrate, and contain no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or flavour enhancers. The cans must be 14.5 cm high and 5.5 cm in diameter, with a tolerance of ±3 mm. Production, transport, storage, labelling and packaging must meet the requirements stated in the tender documents; labels must be in Lithuanian and secondary packaging must be recyclable. The manufacturer’s quality certificate or an equivalent document must be provided with the first delivery and when a quality complaint is made. Deliveries are made as needed within three working days of an order, with at least two-thirds of the original shelf life remaining, to Eivenių g. 2, Kaunas. Deliveries must take place on weekdays between 10:00 and 15:00, outside peak traffic hours, using the shortest possible route; the supplier must unload the goods and remove leftover packaging. The estimated quantity is 11,500 units, but the buyer is not obliged to purchase the full maximum quantity. The contract may run for up to 24 months, and invoices are payable within 30 calendar days. Price is the sole award criterion, and the product price must exclude the deposit. The bidder must submit a completed European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) and offer form and demonstrate the right to conduct the required business activity, including food business operator approval. The offer must be submitted electronically in Lithuanian by 09:30 Lithuania time on 13 October 2026 and remain valid for at least 90 calendar days. Within 10 working days after signing the contract, the supplier must provide a bank guarantee or insurer’s surety covering at least 10% of the initial contract value excluding VAT.
