Design and construction of the Buftea transport depot

Summary

Buftea City Hall is procuring design services and construction works for a new transport depot in Buftea, Ilfov County, under a single contract. The project includes a vehicle-maintenance hall, a wash facility and vehicle immobiliser, an outdoor paved area and fencing, as well as a 146 kWp photovoltaic system, ten 60 kW electric-vehicle charging stations, building and energy management systems, ventilation and a heat pump. The contract also covers design documentation, permits, technical assistance, design verification, a final energy audit and defect remediation. The planned duration is 18 months: 3 months for design and 15 months for construction.
