Supply and servicing of mobile devices for pre-hospital care

Summary

The North Denmark Region is procuring approximately 800 mobile devices and accessories for use with the pre-hospital patient record system across Denmark’s regions. The single contract, which is not divided into lots, covers device preparation, five years of service for the devices, docking stations and batteries, as well as further deliveries, device relocation, support and maintenance, operation of local replacement-device stocks, asset management and limited on-site support. Devices must be compatible with the patient record system and suitable for demanding pre-hospital environments; the contract may be extended twice for 12 months.
