Low-voltage electricity supply and balancing-group coordination

Summary

Bulgaria’s National Health Insurance Fund is procuring, as a single lot, the supply of active net low-voltage electricity and balancing-group coordination for its central and regional offices in the Sofia region. Estimated consumption is 520 MWh per year. The service also covers registering the sites on the electricity market and monitoring and forecasting consumption, including preparation of hourly delivery schedules. The contract starts no earlier than 1 February 2027 and runs for up to 18 months or until the contract value reaches EUR 75,000 excluding VAT, whichever occurs first.
